Indoor Air Quality

If you have issues with airborne debris like dust, odors, and pet dander you most likely have poor indoor air quality (IAQ).  An upgraded filtration system or IAQ device can help improve the air inside your home.  Please see the products below for more information.

  • Media Air Cleaner – 4” deep pleat which traps major airborne debris such as dust and pollen as it passes through your cooling and heating system
  • Electronic Air Cleaner – Places an electric charge on the airborne debris which is then trapped by an oppositely charged filter.  This filtration system is designed to remove dust, smoke, mold spores, and pet dander from your homes air.
  • Ultraviolet System – Destroys mold spores and certain bacteria from the air and by emitting ultraviolet light into the ductwork.
  • Micropure Technology – This device is installed in your ductwork and creates air scrubbers that will help eliminate mold, bacteria, fungus, and viruses.

Duct Repair and Replacement

Your ductwork system is responsible for distributing the air throughout your home AND returning it back to your cooling and heating system.  Improperly sized ductwork, inadequate return ductwork, and ductwork leakage can decrease the efficiency and lifespan of your system.  Additionally, it can result in cold and warm spots in your home creating discomfort and that’s where our team can assist with Duct Work in your San Antonio home.  As a National Comfort Institute Certified Air Balancer we can properly design, install, and balance your ductwork system to improve system performance and save you money.  We can also help you take advantage of the ductwork rebate programs offered by CPS and GVEC.
